Derelicts are individuals who have hit a rough patch and are living in vacant structures. These dispossessed individuals struggle daily to get by. Despite their tough circumstances, it is important to show compassion towards derelicts and give support whenever possible. Society must unite to tackle the root causes that lead to displacement, in order to create a more inclusive society. By offering resources, increasing consciousness, and pushing for change, we can strive to better the circumstances of these vulnerable individuals.
